How to fix Message failed to deliver or Message not Sent with Message Center Number

1. Open the Messaging app on your phone;
2. Go to Settings, it might appear as Options on some other phones;
3. Then scroll down and select text message (SMS) settings;
4. Select SMS Service Center;
5. Then click the SIM to fix the Message Center number;
6. Enter the corresponding message center number of your network provider in the space provided and click OK.
7. Restart your phone and resend the message.
