iPhone 16: see the likely colors chosen by Apple for 2024

The iPhone 16 may arrive with more solid colour options, abandoning the saturated tones of previous years. The image of these test models, used in the manufacture of accessories, was published on X by a leaker. The new tones and the camera design have already appeared in previously published rumours.

Market analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who works in the technology segment, had already posted on his X account that Apple would bring the following colours to the iPhone 16:

For that:

  • Green
  • Rosa
  • Blue
  • White

In the post, he states that the name of the colors may change and that they would be different from the current tones.

What should the iPhone 16 look like?

The new iPhone 16 colours were revealed on X by Sonny Dickson, a leaker who had already revealed other images of mockups of Apple’s next line of cell phones. The tones are stronger than the iPhone 15 versions, almost approaching the saturation of Product RED, offered by Apple in some models.

Since these are mockups, made of a different material than the original and only to aid in the production of accessories, it is likely that the final version of the iPhone 16 will arrive with slightly different shades. The iPhone 15 had a similar leak to the one now, with colours very close to those used in the final product.

The design that is more similar to the iPhone X is not that surprising because it has been rumoured for months. Other leaks have already indicated that Apple would adopt this format on the back.

The iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max should maintain the traditional look, present since the iPhone 11 Pro: three cameras on the back, forming a triangle; flash on the top of the camera island; and LiDAR sensor on the bottom.

When is the iPhone 16 expected to launch?

As usual, Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 16 in September. The special event is expected to take place on September 10th.
